How to get to Cala Pregonda
Cala Pregonda is on the north coast of Menorca, in the municipality of Es Mercadal, and can’t be reached directly by car: the final stretch is on foot. Here’s the usual route:
- By car: head towards Binimel·là. There’s a car park near Binimel·là beach (paid in high season).
- On foot: from Binimel·là, a coastal path of 30-40 minutes (about 2 km) leads to Cala Pregonda. It’s easy but has no shade, so set off early.
- Arrive early: it’s a small, popular cove; in July and August the Binimel·là car park fills up by late morning.

What to bring
